There's been such a plethora of fabulous Valentine-themed cookies posted to the site in recent days that I really had no choice but to do another back-to-back Valentine's Day cookie Spotlight! Frankly, I'm also a little heart happy. You see, I've been working on 3-D heart boxes all week for my imminent trip to Galveston, Texas, where I'll board the first-ever Cookie Cruise in a mere three days! Yikes! Better get my cookie prep wrapped up - and quick!
