Hello Heidi, This is a Montana Acrylic refillable pen, sourced from an art shop here in NZ. I added a small amount of water to Americolor White gel, and it works beautifully I drew out the base design with the Pico, then switched that off and went over the design again, filling it out by eye

You are welcome Heidi, there are lots of pens out there, but happy with this one the first I have tried. Hope you find one and love to see the results
