Your so kind, thank you. Actually I am working with Truly Mad Plastics. They make my designs and sell them. I am not sure about this cutter maybe an older Wilton, it's one of my first I had before my cookie life. It's medium size.

Teri - how on earth do you do these eyes? Are the all drawn on w marker or is the pupil black w a white RI Mark?

The eye starts with a black piped dot, while still slightly soft I paint the line underneath and the lashes. When dry a small dot of white icing. I  don't own a marker, my profession was painting that has been something that I have used in my cookie decorating.
