Cat in the Hat inspired cookies

Adorable!  How do you get those fine lines?  Do you use an edible marker?

Well done!  Love the hats.  I have a fine line brush but the tip flares out; I am always having to pinch it back together (did I say that wirht?).  What brand brushes do you prefer.  I have several different kinds, and I cannot say I am pleased with them.  Stupid me bought camel hair brushes, and the bristols separate and stay on the cookie.  And, yes, you know, I haven't picked those brushes to use again.

Those cupcakes!!  So cool!  ...and to paint with airbrush colors, Ingenious!  I'm going to try this next time I paint!

Thank you for telling me.  The brushes I have are from Michael's too.  I don't recall seeing that brand.  Here, their brushes are in two different areas (not including cake decorating section).  I'll look.   Thanks again.  It was very nice of you to answer me, to help me.  Thanks so much.
