Some of the leaves look like they're covered with embossed fondant or modeling chocolate? Is that right? Asking out of interest, but also to clarify your clip sets and tags. Thanks.

No it's all royal icing - the cutters were what made the lines . Some are sugar cookies on chocolate cookies.

No it's all royal icing - the cutters were what made the lines . Some are sugar cookies on chocolate cookies. 

 

So is the coloring in the dough or applied on top with paint or airbrush? Thanks again.
