I really love this challenge--I've been inspired to try many new-to-me techniques. Thank you!  This set includes sugarpaste (all flowers), cake lace, gold lustre dust (on lace, small centre flowers), handpainting (red poppies), dragees (flower centres).

That's not a SugarVeil mat that I know of . . . do you happen to know whose mold and edible lace mix you used?

Oh--oops! You're right--it's Claire Bowman. I also uploaded the wrong photo--the one I took before I realised that I'd forgotten to pipe the "dots" on the bottom of the third cookie. I actually have a photo with the dots in place, I just selected the wrong one. I really have no idea where my head is today!

Thanks. I don't see any dots missing! Looks great to me!

Amazing piping!! Are the flowers gumpaste or some other medium? Would love to know how you made them..they're gorgeous

Hi Carol, Thank you very much! Yes, the flowers are made with gumpaste - cut out, thinned at edges, impressed with veins in a mould, and then painted with a shiny red and gold edible paint. The centres of the gold flowers are small edible pearls.
