Hong Kong inspired set of cookies
These cookies were for a student who lives in Hong Kong. She won a competition on my FB page & requested choc-chip cookies with a HK theme :) So these are of images I found when Googling "Hong Kong" The logo is her college logo.

Yes, just add Nestle's mini choc chips to my normal sugar cookie recipe. Are better with simpler designs when cutting out as the chips can get in the way. But no other problems that I've come across (& the kids love them

Thank-you Winn! I'm usually not organised enough to do my reds ahead of time to allow them to deepen naturally, but I did this time & it worked!

For the 12 cookies (placed each side of cling-wrapped cardboard, cling - wrapped & bubble-wrapped ) in a bubble-wrap lined box, then in another lighter box = $30. But I did them this way to Canada & Ireland to the in-laws (36 ea) & none broke. Isn't a particularly "pretty" way to package, but they get there unharmed.
