Oh how unique and so gorgeous Evelin!!! I love your Christmas pink . Each cookie has so many elements to look at that I see something new with every view...incredible work, as always! It would be wonderful to actually take a class from you. I know that I would come away with a whole treasure trove of new ideas and techniques that would improve my work tenfold!! Have you considered teaching online classes? Just a thought...โ™ฅโ™ฅโ™ฅ

These are so pretty and perfectly done as always! Can I ask you how you pipe those perfectly round and puffy baubles? I sometimes have craters when I make puffy dots (I mean half sphere)...

Dear @mintlemonade (cookie crumbs) it is easy! Prepare a creamy flood icing, pipe spheres and leave them in front of a fan (warm air) for at least one hour....you will see the difference! Happy Holidays dear Noriko ๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ’—

I donโ€™t think you need any classes @Cookies Fantastique ๐Ÿ˜„ I donโ€™t have online classes at the moment but if you come to Milan one day Iโ€™ll be honored to give you a cookie lesson and really happy to hug you in person! Happy Holidays ๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ’—

How I would love to go back to Italy Evelin!!! I Love the culture, people, scenery, food, art, amazing history...well, just about everything . Hubby and I met in Naples. After we got married we moved to Sicily for 3 years. It was a wonderful adventure and we traveled a lot! We always swore we'd go back but even after 40 years of marriage we still haven't made it back there .  Maybe some day...I'd definitely take you up on the classes and especially the hug! You are such a dear lady โ™ฅโ™ฅโ™ฅ

Oh my god...I fell in love with those cookies!! I'm new to cookie making and I love that technique of the dress ( to me it's an amazing thing xD ) one o the things I don't know how to do among many other there, but how do you make it look 3D? and that lovely tree? reallyyyyy fell in love!

Welcome to cookie world @Aninhas and to Cookie Connection! To give volume to dresses and little people use a thick flood consistency, the tree and baubles on the other cookie are made with same icing! Let me know your experiments please! Happy Holidays ๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽ„
