So, for the explanation about why I'm not posting my Halloween cookies...yet. Lol. I took lots of pictures of my newly finished Halloween cookies (and I like them ). Of course I messed up some setting on my camera and they ALL came out somewhat out of focus. I just couldn't possibly show you those cookies! Guess what I'm doing tomorrow morning? Yep, going through photographing the same cookies AGAIN. Ugh! And if you know me by now, you understand that photography is not my favorite part of the cookie decorating process. However, how else can anybody see my decorated cookies without photos? Dumb question...

Tomorrow morning bright and early (well, maybe not too early, lol) I'll be at it again with my camera in some good natural light to give it another shot (yep, pun intended). Hopefully, these will be focused well so that I can show them to anyone who might be interested in seeing what's going on in the world of Cookies Fantastique .

These are cookies that I decorated with no specific purpose in mind other than to practice, practice and practice some more. Hope you enjoy seeing them

Such a beautiful set Carol! Sometimes I wait for days (especially when it’s raining during Fall) before taking pictures at cookies because of a bad light, so I understand you. A not good photo can ‘kill’ the most beautiful work so, I am waiting for your Halloween cookies with natural light and right camera settings, I am sure they will be awesome and beautifully photographed ❤️

These practice cookies turned out great!!! Flowers are sooo beautiful!  And the background of that pink cookie is stunning!  I love it!!!

Thank you so very much!

Yes, photography it is the hard part of cookie decorating! It happens very often that after taking pictures what you see in the pictures doesn’t look like the cookie set sitting in front of you, and this is frustrating. It takes a lot of patience...

Thank you Evelin!! I was definitely happier with how my Halloween set came out today so that I could show them to you. ♥

My phone takes awful pictures so I have to wait until I can borrow an iPhone AND have proper lighting, which can be days or even a couple of weeks. I love flowers, so these cookies are just fine with me when it comes to posting!
