What a nice set, Leoni! I should have made some this year as well... instead I just celebrated it at my friend's house who has prepared a nice Chinese lunch for us friends and thought us how to make dumplings!

Don't worry, CNY is every year, with many more opportunities to make some cookies for the occasion

I made these for a Chinese supplier who came visiting us over CNY. They loved them (at least they said so).
