Here are some miscellaneous notes and (and a few AirPen tips) for cookiers working with SugarVeil Icing: Piping – When mixing SugarVeil for piping, stenciling, or combing, beat on high speed with the whisk attachment, as opposed to the medium speed/beater blade for use in the Confectioners' Mats.
