I am a self taught cookie and cake decorator.  I learned a great deal while making edible cookie invitations for my marketing business's Christmas parties.  This was a labor of love I enjoyed doing with my sister and some of the staff.  I have streamlined my ad agency and have decided to try my hand at being a personal baker as well.
