I am interested in all facets of chocolate making, cookie design, cakes and other desserts that catch my fancy. I have been making chocolate truffles, caramels, barks etc.,for several years for family, friends, clients and now am going to the next step - I first caught site of Julie's cookie designs online the other day, fascinated and thankful she did an excellent tutorial on them, I hurried to order her book on Ultimate Cookies - in fact my first batch of Signature Sugar cookie dough is in the refrig to be rolled out tomorrow - and am awaiting stencils for the cookies.
