Minnie's Cookies is named after my mom, Mary "Minnie", who was the best baker I have ever known. I grew up with the smells of fresh baked bread, pies and cookies coming from the kitchen. Usually taking on the part of beater licker, and taste tester, I stood in awe of the delicious foods she would make. She has always been my inspiration for baking and taught me everything I know today. In February 2016 she passed away suddenly and so I decided to honor her memory by naming my business after her. I'm convinced that the reasons her baked goods were so delicious and amazing was because they were made with careful measurements, detailed recipes and always, ALWAYS, made with love.
