I have only been seriously decorating cookies for 2 years (never taught in culinary school back in the day, lol). Although my expertise is designing cakes and other desserts, I have loved creating cookie designs more than anything else I have done in years. So I would say day one of starting to "seriously" decorate cookies would be my best memory.
