I've done every craft imaginable and find cake and cookie decorating most enjoyable and relaxing. I made my first wedding cake on May 10, 1974 and have created over 400 wedding cakes in the past 40 years. I make up to 1500 cookies at Christmas each year. I've bought 3 KitchenAid mixers  since 1976, white (Superba),  black (Pro) and my newest one (Artesian) is Pistachio!
