I started my love of baking when I introduced a new movie club at school for special ed children and now loving toil over extravagantly  themed cupcakes on a weekly basis.  I was anxious to branch out into cookies. Having stuck my toe (pun) in cookie dough only once, I find it daunting and petrifying. Almost everything that could go wrong did. Yet, tenacity, reserve and grit helped to produce some edible and attractive sugar cookie monarch butterflies. I hope to improve my skills through this amazing community and their expertise.
