I've been a Respiratory Therapist for 24 years and a baker for 47 years. My first baking experience was when I was 2 with my Easy Bake Oven. I made cakes for my Dad when he would be coming home from work at night. I've always loved baking and so I started a home based cupcake business, Once Upon a Cupcake. I needed to do something that made me feel happy because my job is stressful at times and baking has always been a calming experience for me.
