Agricultural technical engineer by profession and a baker at heart, opened my creative pastry shop in the early years, thus fulfilling one of my biggest dreams. Working hard every day but my effort is offset by the gratitude of the people, many of whom you get to create a bond of friendship. I am very lucky to have the full support of my family and that enables slowly my small business grows.

Ingeniera técnico agrícola de profesión y repostera de vocación, abrí mi taller de repostería creativa a principios de años, cumpliendo así una de mis mayores ilusiones. Trabajo duro cada día pero mi esfuerzo se ve compensado con la gratitud de las personas que pasan por De un Bocado, con muchas de la cuales se llega a crear un vínculo de amistad. Tengo la inmensa suerte de contar con todo el apoyo de mi familia y eso hace posible que poco a poco mi pequeño negocio vaya creciendo.
