I got into food decorating in 2010 with my 2 close friends.  Together, we have formed the Gingerbuilders.  We make gingerbread houses each year for local competitions and are expanding into cookies, sweets, and sales, as we take more baking and decorating classes.  We love to learn and better our food craft.
