Hello everyone. My name is Alexandra and i come from Greece.

I have been working with biscuits since November 2017 after 20 years of work in a bank !! My engagement with the magical world of biscuits, royal icing and sugar paste was purely accidental, though I think nothing in our lives is accidental !!! All I have learned to date is mainly through you-tube . I love and admire the work of Julia Ausher and I wish at some point to reach her level.
