I’ve owned both and I prefer the pico.  I agree the pico is large, clunky and only works well in the dark.  Also, it gets very hot working with it and I would get horrible hot flashes so my hands were hot and melting the icing.  The downside with the pico is setup is more involved and if you haven’t charged it in advance you have to have a power cord that can get in the way.  It takes a little practice to get the hang of a pico.

Thanks, could you recommend the model you use? There are  quite a few Pico projectors on Amazon and the prices range is significant.
