Any Home Bakers in Maine? Cottage Food Law Question!

this isn't really urgent ,but i was thinking about moving to maine if all my other plan doesn't pan out so i have a few questions for anybody with a home business that lives in maine . i read the cottage laws but theres a few other things i'd like to know most important being will i be able to cleared to do so if i don't own a home. i'm going to rent an apartment or house.
