Yes, just click "Manage Clip" to the right of the clip (on a standard laptop monitor) and then select "Edit Clip" in the dropdown menu that reveals. Make your changes, and then click "Update" (or "Save"?) at the bottom. You can always edit your own clips - tags, clip sets, titles, etc. - in the same manner.
