I also use americolor. I’ve never had a customer complain about it, but I will often warn them that their tongues may get dyed if I’m using really saturated colors (navy seems to be particularly likely to dye things). Maybe remind your customer that the same thing happens when a kid eats a lollipop.

Thank you for responding. I explained the same thing like that. It’s same with lollipop which is only sugar and food color. I’ve never had a complain before this. It happened when she gave my cookies to her kid as a snack at school, and got warning from teacher because the color cover his lips and tongue like a cheap lollipop. I feel like it same with all the icing cookies outside. I just wondering if my icing techniques are wrong.
