Cookie Cards - Packaging

Hi Fellow Cookiers

I have tried to make some 'cookie cards' , by which I mean I attach a cookie to the front of a paper card. However, my cookies seem to drop off the card very easily, even before I put them in an envelope, I wonderdd if anyone had any ideas on how to make the cookie 'stick' to the card
