Reply to "Egg Glaze"

I'm not sure where you got "my" recipe for egg glaze. I've only used egg glaze a few times myself, and used a fairly standard formulation of versions found online. I can't claim it as "my" formulation, but it wasn't greasy (I've never wiped any grease off it) and turned out very shiny.
