Actually, the other day, I did the recipe with an extra 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 butter and they were even better...I don't know if cookie pops would be a good idea without trying it out...Sorry that I am not more help...let us know if it works for you. Originally Posted by Erinlo Sew & So:

I found that out of the box, the recipe was too fragile and too dry after being baked. So I added an extra egg, an extra 1/2 cup of butter and an extra 1/4 cup of sugar and that did the trick. Not only did it keep them together well, it made the recipe DELICIOUS!
