My name is Leigh, this past April in an effort to make a little extra money to pay for my kids education I opened up a cottage food establishment, I sell cookies! Mostly chocolate chip, however I began to dabble in royal icing sugar cookies and have fallen in love with creating cookies. It is so much fun, challenging, and has reawakened my artistic side.
