Join Cookie Connection founder and host @Julia M. Usher for her "technique fundamentals" cookie decorating class in Tokyo, Japan. In this class, students will complete four detailed cookies, covering about 15 different decorating techniques, including outlining, flooding, needlepoint, stenciling, rubber-stamping, dusting, sponging, airbrushing, royal icing shards, royal icing roses, modeling chocolate and edible paper embellishments, and more. Cookies include a needlepoint heart, a double-decker stenciled heart, a stamped plaque or heart, and a mixed media cookie that employs a wide range of techniques as well as dimensional composition.
