Eat the Evidence

Hi, all! I had an awesome time live-chatting with Shannon Orr for the Eat the Evidence podcast at the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show a few weeks ago. You can listen to that chat - which touches on everything from judging at the show to teaching international classes and my airbrush launch - here, starting around 1:03:00 (close to the end of the podcast). I also highly recommend that you listen from the start, because podcast host Kim Chapman interviews Michelle Green of The Business of Baking, and they cover a lot of very important business terrain, as well as just generally have a good time. And, while I'm at it, I highly recommend that you follow the podcast. It's really well done!

Enjoy! Here's the link again.

Really great podcast Julia! I'm so glad that you shared the link with us...also, I'm getting more and more excited about the launch of your new airbrush!!! I've been tempted many times to purchase something that claims this feature or that feature but I've held off to see what @Julia M. Usher is developing . Super excited as the time is certainly drawing closer to the launch. Wahoo!!!

Congrats for all the kudos you received on the podcast. What was said is SO well deserved for all that you continue to do for the cookie decorating community. Thanks again ♥

Great podcast Julia.   Sounds like the The Sugar Art Show was a huge success.

Yes, it's really the best cake show I've ever been to, and the cookie competition was top-notch this year!
