Hi, all, I'm gearing up to leave for South America's first-ever cookie event organized by the fabulous Margaret Cotrim. (Read more about it here.)

I hope to see some of you there, and if I don't see you, I'll surely be thinking of you as I scout out interesting baking and decorating items there. Hmmm . . . maybe something for the next Cookie Connection giveaway?!

Posting will continue as usual during my absence with possibly the exception of the next Saturday Spotlight. (I'm teaching that day.) Next up is a great interview with Fernwood Cookie by Melissa Lacasse; then an interview with Evelindecora. Possibly even a photo journal from my trip.
