Hi, all! Just a heads-up: next Saturday, I'll be on a short vacation in Argentina, followed by a class there the next Saturday, so I will be unable to post another Spotlight until August 12. (However, I just posted this week's edition, and it's full of great cookies! If you haven't yet seen it, click here.)
