Hi all!  I've just become a US distributor for Sugar Stamps.  I saw them online, fell in love, and had to have them!  They're design sheets made specifically for meringues but I've found that they work beautifully with candy melts also.  You can make little candy kisses, bark, lollipops, covered oreos..... Discoloration

I live in SC where the weather has changed in dramatic swings for a couple of weeks now. For example, it was in the 50°'s a few days ago and today it's a VERY wet, humid 79°! I write all this to say that I had decorated a few last minute cookies and used the dehydrator for a few hours to help with the humidity as I normally do. I turned it off and left them inside overnight. This morning the icing was discolored in places. And also darkened up quite a bit. I've never had this happen. Any ideas?Read More...

Loading Time of New and Top Photos

It has been a while since I have logged in here and it looks very different. I am trying to familiarize myself with the new look and have found myself frustrated by having so few photos of the great work done by members of this site available before you have to hit "load more" and only get a handful more before again having to do the same. Just a heads up: My site guys "fixed" a navigation issue today, which has since caused some formatting issues in the drop-down menus in the main navigation line. Specifically, the font has changed to a very small size and has been centered. In addition, some text under the "Forums" tab is also blowing beyond the bounds of the drop-down menu boxes. Frosting OVER Printed Design

Cookie goddesses, please help me!! I have received a last minute order that wants script under a picture on a square cookie. Obviously, it would be a lot faster to be able to "trace" the script...Can I print on rice or wafer paper, adhere to dried royal icing, and then PIPE over the design?
