I've just got to preface this week's Spotlight with a huge "OMG"! I'm not sure if you noticed, but we had an unprecedented number (and quality) of last-minute entries into our latest "Inside the Box" Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge. Yes, hard to believe, but 13 3-D box cookies were added to the challenge in the last 24 hours, many of which are astounding. A huge round of applause to all who entered. I am SO impressed!
Christine (aka @Bakerloo Station) will, of course, be doing her usual recap of the challenge entries for our next Saturday Spotlight. This Spotlight in no way replaces hers, but, as impressive as today's entries and the earlier ones are, many have sky-rocketed onto this week's hot list*.
