Even if you're not Irish, it's hard not to love impish leprechauns, frosty mugs of green beer, happy-go-lucky shamrocks, and pots of gold - especially when rendered in cookie dough! And, with St. Patrick's Day now just a few weeks away, what better way to celebrate the imminent holiday than with this week's hot list*?!

You'll see many posts from previous years topping this list, which is not only testament to these cookies' staying power, but also clear indication that St. Paddy's Day cookies are hot right now . . . meaning: if you haven't yet capitalized on the coming holiday with cookie orders, you're in luck!
