Puzzle cookie

Gorgeous! PLeeaase tell us how you managed to make a puzzle. Doesn't the cookies change shape even slightly when you bake them? Do you cut them just after they come out of the oven. ! Love the idea of a puzzle cookie.

I assume you recut them when you took them out of the oven.

Almost. I cut it when I take it out and still warm.

Thank you. I bake the whole cookie (the circle) and when I take it out I use a puzzle piece shaped cookie cutter to "slice" it.
