Is the bee fondant or a royal icing transfer?

The bee is from fondant, I still do not have a great experience with Royal Icing.

Do you have a cutter that size or did you cutit free hand?  I’m decorating some flower cookies today and I’m thinking of adding ladybugs, and you gave me the idea of adding bees.

I used a silicone mould for bees.
