These cookies were made by using coloured dough and two moulds: a plastic one and a silicone one. After putting the dough in the moulds I put them into the freezer; when the dough was cold enough I took the shapes out of the moulds and created the compositions on the cookies. The mould were bought in a local exhibition in my town.

I confess the result doesn't convince me, the shapes were lost when baked and they are not well defined; it is not easy at all to get the results shown in the Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge explanation... I need to practice more, I will try to use the tips that other colleagues have given when presented their cookies for the challenge

Sorry Nagera but you are not right, the cookies turned out wonderfully, I loved them! You've been mistaken in not appreciating them: they are simply:

Thanks for your kind words, Sil But my idea was to get something near to the example that appears in the presentation of the challenge, and it is evident that I failed... I need to work harder...

You are too hard on yourself, this Challenge wasn't easy and your cookies turned out nice.

Thanks Manu I saw the cookies made by @tupetitcomite a lot of time ago and fell in love with them... The theory to make them was clear for me but when I tried to reproduce them I realised it was not easy at all...

By the way, YOU have made an amazing work with your cookies, they are amazingly well defined and so beautiful... I have no words, that's why I didn't comment your clip, sorry

It is interesting that the molds did not hold their shape even after freezing.  Perhaps you need to use a stiffer dough?  Or maybe the molds themselves were not well-defined?
