I looked up Carma fondant and have to admit that it was a bit of sticker shock. Is the taste super sweet?

Not that sweet I think . It takes color super well. I use it in the fridge after opening . I use cornstarch to roll it and a little tilose  when I need to mold it. I like the quality of it.
