Beautiful!

How do you get the gold to look so even? Mine always has streaks and divots?

Hi! I used β€˜Sunflower’ gold dust brand, it is β€˜not toxic’ but β€˜not edible’. As I am not a baker and I don’t sell my cookies these are not meant to be eaten, I only teach cookie classes. I suggest you to use a 100% edible gold dust if you eat or sell your cookies even if it looks less bright and smooth than mine.

Oh how fabulous dear Evelin @Evelindecora!! What I love most is the transition from the ballerina child to the adult ballerina...fantastic idea and execution, as always! The placque cookie cutter for the little ballerina is wonderful! I just love the shape and can imagine lots of different designs that could work. May I ask where you got this cutter? I'm always in search of new and different cutters even though I have tons of them .

The framed cookie with "Ballet" written in the center is gorgeous! I love the soft pinks you've used throughout this set. The theme just lends itself to this color scheme.

Simply beautiful and incredibly detailed work my friend ❀️❀️❀️

Dear Carol, thank you for your lovely comment! Indeed I don’t have many cookie cutters, that shape that you like so much is hand made. I don’t sell cookies so I never have a ton of them to cut and bake, my classes are seldom more than 8 persons. Hand cutting 8 cookies is not a big deal therefore I often use this method, every class has got a different subject also; it’s very rare I repeat the same theme twice. How can I be helpful? I can draw this shape for you and post it if you like, please let me know. πŸ’—
