The use of sugar paste on short pastry has never fully convinced me, especially for its consistency. So I always thought that in addition to royal icing, something else could be created to allow everyone to decorate quickly.  Here it is,  "Dolce Frolla"(TM) , my personal cookie dough. It doesn' t need to be cooked, it is workable, it can be colored, and allows well-defined decorations with the use of molds or pastry bags. In the future I'll show you how it can be done in various ways, hoping to inspire you.

Wow Filomena @Dolce Flo, these are so amazing!! Your work is always detailed to perfection. I just love them all. The one on the lower right is so gorgeous. and the lower left one almost looks like a shirt shape on the cookie but with different piping. Beautiful work my dear friend ❤️❤️.

I haven't been here much over the last few weeks . I've had a lot of orders recently and a couple of rush orders so I've been super busy. By the time I can look at CC it's just about bedtime and I'm really, really tired.
