This great challenge I thought to start with bread which we eat every day...Dedicated to everybody who is at the moment HOME SWEET HOME.Stay safe❤️Most of all I create without molds, only croissants and basket for them maked in molds. The base I cuted and pressed on silicone sheet so I get the texture which I wanted exactly,I use also edible lace for the base. But couse so much of bread stuff you can't see texture and also lace LOLDonuts are covered with fluid brown and white royal icing as "chocolate"  liquid detail here, loukoumi ,traditional greek candy like jelly from corn flour  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ndh-pLBrS8, colored sugar and sprinkles,Just on 1 pretzel I created dots from icing so it looks like salt on

I don't use butter of any shortenig, and I use honey, sugar and a lot of spices as cinnamon, ginger of course, clove, nutmeg, anise, lemon zest. Please allow me to not share whole recipe❤️

Here on 1st photo we have egg with brown color, after baking brush quickly,so you get dark and shiny effect,in case of croissants I use pure egg without color, basket brushed with white color and a bit of alcohol

They look really yummy 😍😍😍 I am just curious how big they are...?
Wow, Pretzel!  are they made with gingerbread cookie dough?  My husband loves pretzel and I would like to make some.  They are shiny!    I am very amazed.

Thank you for the details!!  @Petra Florean  Wow, that's how.

These are very impressive, Petra @Petra Florean. Please let us know what type of cookie dough you used for your bread and pretzels, and how you made them look so shiny. If you have any progress shots I would love to see them.

Thank you Christine,I was in a hurry, but deffinitely I'll add more photos in progress❤️

Thank you for all of the added information, Petra. There is a lot that we can learn from it. You definitely set the bar high with this first entry. All of the details (the icing on the doughnut, the texture of your "breads" and, of course, that shine) make this an excellent entry to the challenge. Great work!

Thank you very much Ryoko, the smalest pretzel is less than 2cm,they are shiny becouse as I explane in progress, when you take them out from owen you brush all with pure beaten egg,or if you want them dark use a drop of brown color,I used gingerbread dough, but when I bake real pretzel it's different dough
