My last set of moulded cookies is related to winter and Christmas time. For it, I used two moulds: and advent calendar from Silikomarkt (bought online in Maria Lunarillos website) and a snowflakes Wilton mould for chocolate lollipops (it was a present that I hadn't used before).

Again, I coloured the dough, filled the moulds and chilled. The flower shaped cookies were texturized before baking. Then, I used some royal icing to stick the Christmas decorations to the cookies. I also used some black dust to give the cookies more depth.

I have enjoyed this challenge a lot, since it has given me the opportunity of experimenting with some techniques that I wanted to try, like colouring and moulding dough. Thanks @Bakerloo Station for proposing it and to @Julia M. Usher for supporting these so interesting Challenges.

Of course I did! These challenges are the best "excuse" for me to bake some cookies and try new techniques, therfore I am so happy when I read a new challenge...
