Most ambitious and impressive cookie display I've ever seen

Thanks, Marlyn. It took be the better part of 1 1/2 months to conceive and produce with help from Charlene Smith and Monica Holbert on the tabletop cookies. I needed to do a lot in order to "compete" with the 6-foot sea monster cake created by Bronwen Weber and her team of four or five in the adjoining demo kitchen! Not easy to keep from being upstaged.

Did you have the video playing on a screen somewhere? That would have been the cherry on top unsurpassable

Marlyn, Yeah, I had a PowerPoint pres to accompany my demo, which I've posted to this site along with the vid. (Links also below.) I did four 1 1/2-hour demos, which were progressive insofar as they built on one another to culminate in the final table setup (which we also built live, along the way). I played the video in the final demo. I wish I could have done the actual filming live as that would have been more interactive/exciting, but I just didn't want to leave that much to chance/last minute. Plus, it was all shot with very controlled lighting and setup, which would have been very tough to replicate at the show.

This is absolutely stunning! I could not believe how awesome it was when I watched the video on the clip with the presentation. At first glance I thought only the dancers "danced", but it's all one insane party of movement when it spins! Jaw dropped for sure. You are the most talented cookie artist I have ever seen when it comes to dimensional constructions. This is the difinitive example of a 4-D cookie with moving parts. Bravo!

You earned it! I thought I had seen most of your amazing work in videos or recent clips, so it was a delight to go back and see there was even more. I went through and liked all my favorites of your cookies, and also all of the videos of yours that that were personally the most helpful or interesting, even though I watched them on your blog or youtube. You should invite new members to take a stroll through your clips here, because your cookies are stunning!
