This flower blows my mind.  Are the RI transfers or did you do them right on the cookie?  And how did you get all of the amazing and different shades of eggplant?  And the sheen? This is just pure genius.

At the risk of destroying the magic, I will answer all of your questions.  They are RI transfers made with three colors of stiff RI.  Dark and medium eggplant and the off white.  I used an Ateco 60 curved tip, and switched it between the colors without cleaning the tip to get the edging effect.  There was some painting to highlight it with white and pearl sheen, and I dusted the whole thing with super pearl luster dust.  Then smacked them on the quilt with some RI.  They overhang across the seams,which is one of the reasons I made them transfers...
