Embossed Cookies

Couldn’t wait to give a try to my new rolling pins!

Love this embossed effect so much so I painted a few white gel color on chocolate bare ones to improve it. I tried to replicate the same design of the pins on royal icing, piping by hand a similar one to give a continuity to all the cookies. Flowers are piped in delicious vanilla bean paste.
