Thank you Heather! I am a total disaster at stenciling RI on cookies 😂 therefore I tried this method, it works much better to me. One day or another I must give a serious try to stencils!!!

Couldn’t wait to give a try to my new rolling pins!

Love this embossed effect so much so I painted a few white gel color on chocolate bare ones to improve it. I tried to replicate the same design of the pins on royal icing, piping by hand a similar one to give a continuity to all the cookies. Flowers are piped in delicious vanilla bean paste.
