Lovely set. How was the trio of horses done? Molded fondant or piped? Some of the ruffles on the cookie edges also look like wafer paper - is that right? Thanks!

Thanks. The horses are molded fondant, and the ruffles are wafer paper. On one of the ruffled cookies, I piped the ruffles, didn't like how it looked, and then added a wafer ruffle layer, which I liked. That's how the rest of the set ended up with wafer ruffles  The swags on the crosses are also wafer paper.
