Beautiful! May I ask.  Did you  paint all the line's by hand.  Oh I just remembered.  The naked part of the cookie it's shiny is that the eggwash you put on your fabulous gingerbread cookie dough. Is that why you do it. Please and thank you

Yes, that is the egg wash.  The lines ate piped royal icing and the painted with gold luster dust.  Thank you
